Management and protection of personal data
In accordance with the provisions of Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market (Act on the Capital Market), KELER Ltd. can manage personal data related to the performance of tasks stated in the Act on the Capital Market, with regard to the transactions where it acts as central counterparty. Furthermore, based on the Act on the Capital Market and in order to perform the tasks stated in the same act, the central securities depository (KELER Ltd.) and the central counterparty (KELER CCP Ltd.) are entitled, without separate authorization, to transfer to each other the personal data managed in line with the above.
KELER Ltd. manages the information made available to it on the website or became known to it as described above in compliance with the provisions of Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-determination and Freedom of Information (Info Act).
